Tim Cooke in Ireland is building a clinker planked Ilur. He has just started a blog I invite you to visit. He is using the full size patterns (picture) on polyester sheets which avoid any lofting. There is also patterns for the hull strakes which may be cut directly into plywood panels at final dimension and require only end adjustment.
